So I’m having one of those days. The kind of day when my todo list seems never ending and yet I have to take Kay to the doctor. The kind of week that is ending sooner than later because I’m flying down to Tampa for a wedding. The end of the month kind of feeling when I want to get everything done before Thanksgiving because I want my clients to be able to show their families there wedding images. I feel like I should be superwoman right now and I keep trying to remind myself.. I’m only one person. ..and as unfortunate as it is.. I just don’t have the powers of superwoman. Yes.. my fabulous part time assistant is a big help.. but two days a week just isn’t enough. Hint..hint! Yes, I’m hinting myself that I need someone more frequently. Hopefully some of the plans I’m in the process of making for next year will make that possible.

On a brighter note… I’ve been much better at blogging recently! Are you all proud of me?! I’m proud of myself to be honest! HEHEH! I hope everyone has a great afternoon! Since all posts are better with pictures here is a shot of Kay that I took at the Freeport Homecoming Parade this past weekend!

This sneak is extra special to me because Bri and I went to high school and competed in pageants together. I’ll save my gushy thoughts for the full wedding post. What’s that you say?! Leslie has blogged four days in a row?! WOW.. what a miracle. HAHAH! Okay so I can give myself a hard time because I know how hard it is to manage time and actually blog daily! Kudos to you photographers that are able to with your very well written LONG posts. I, unfortunately, am just not the writer I once was. I try.. but now I really just speak my mind. Is that bad? I sure hope not!

Now on to Brett and Tara. This wonderful couple was also married in Destin back in August. They were married behind Finz restaurant at Sandestin Resorts which also was the reception site! Tara searched Etsy for the perfect details for her rings and even her flowers!

Glenn and Harmony traveled over to Alys Beach from Tallahassee back in August to meet me for their engagement session! Since their wedding has past as well I thought now would be a great time to post some of their awesome pictures!!! These two have been such a delight to work with..they even sent me a postcard from their honeymoon in Hawaii!! How awesome is that?! I’ve fallen madly in love with the Alys Beach area… it’s amazing!!!

Kemp and Brittany were married back in August on a beautiful day! The ceremony was held on the beach at the Hilton Sandestin and the reception was held on the Solaris Sunquest Cruise Yacht. Kemp’s father Paul did all the floral arrangements and I’ll be updating later with the creator of the delicious cake! Brittany is a woman after my own heart in that she adores pink! I fell absolutely in love with her engagement ring!!! These two have hearts of gold and one of my favorite parts of their ceremony was that they took communion together as man and wife. What could be more perfect… loving couple, great families, gorgeous pink details.. ah… I love my work!! Kemp and Brittany, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your perfect wedding!
